A suspected shoplifter got caught stealing an entire frozen meat section - in his pants. The alleged thief, wearing a red T-shirt, was collared by an employee at the store as he tried to walk out with the meat tucked into his sweat pants. Challenging him over the alleged theft, the employee fumed, "this is the third or fourth time you’ve done this to me," before demanding his imprisonment.
