FIFA's executive committee outlined new proposals at the news conference held in Zurich yesterday, including making sure there are at least six women on the newly-devised FIFA council, limiting presidential terms to a maximum of three and increasing the World Cup to 40 teams. The thugs arrived the INEC office this morning at about 5am, shooting sporadically and then setting the office ablaze. At least 12 people were killed and several others injured in the early hours of Friday Dec. 4th when a Molotov cocktail was hurled into in a nightclub in Cairo, Egypt security official said. One of the officials said the attacker was an employee who had been fired from the nightclub in the Agouza area.
